• Leading business workshops and translating business requirements into S/4HANA designs
• Designing and configuring finance solutions in SAP FI based on US GAAP, integrating with the finance requirements of 15 countries, and ensuring cross-module integration with HCM, CO-OM, Margin Analysis, PS, MM, SD, DMS, and SAP Financial Compliance Management for SOX
• Managing end-to-end system implementation and support for SAP FI, including General Ledger (parallel accounting, multiple ledgers, and charts of accounts), Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, New Asset Accounting, Tax Accounting, and payments (FI-BL), as well as Business Partners finance integration and Incentive and Sales Force Management
• Designing integration between SAP FI and third-party software
• Drafting business and technical blueprints for S/4HANA, ensuring alignment between IT and business, and documenting system configurations and technical specifications
• Leading initial data migration, solution design, configuration, custom development, and system evolution
• Preparing operating reports, print forms, user manuals, and test scripts; conducting training, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Providing user support, handling errors, bugs, and post Go-Live support to ensure effective process and system operation

• Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO consulting experience, including at least 1 full-cycle implementation project
• Deep understanding of Business Partner concepts and Bank Account Management in S4
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori UX
• Expertise in configuring and implementing Financial Accounting (FI) as described
• In-depth understanding of integrating Financial Accounting (FI) components like FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-AA New with other SAP modules
• Leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal, spoken, and written communication skills
• Excellent training and presentation abilities
• Ability to produce clear and structured documentation
• Capability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment
• Fluent in spoken English and Russian; technical documentation writing proficiency in English (at least B2)
• Awareness of SAP Activate, Agile, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager, BPML
